Increased market activity in the East and the West
The activity of the global phosphate market has rebounded, there are new orders have been placed in east and west of Suez. Morocco OCP sold nearly 100,000 tons of MAP to Brazil at a CFR price of US$605-615/ton, and the transaction price of Russia MAP was US$600/ton CFR.
OCP sold one vessel of DAP to India, which is one of India's four imports this week. It also includes DAP from Morocco, China and Saudi Arabia, totaling approximately 265,000 tons. The price of DAP weakened slightly this week, dropping to US$558/ton CFR at the low end, and the CFR price was US$565/ton last week.An importer from Pakistan bought Pakistan’s fifth ship of DAP this mothn, and its last transaction CFR price stabilized at a high of US$560/ton.
