New trade orders appeared in India and Brazil this week.
Indian buyers purchase multiple ships of DAP, which will be shipped in November. Morocco OCP sells two ships of DAP at a price of US$370-371/ton CFR. The third transaction is the lowest price of 360 US dollars / ton CFR, which is an early order. Saudi Arabia's Ma'aden sold 50,000 tons of DAP to India at a price of US$374/ton CFR. US firm Mosaic said its MWSPC joint venture in Saudi Arabia distributed and shipped 50,000 tons of DAP to India. The offer price of China's DAP in Pakistan is US$380/ton CFR, but importers are generally active in purchasing.
Brazil obtained the supply of MAP at the end of November and the end of December from Russia’s Phosagro and OCP. The price of MAP rose slightly to $365-370/ton CFR.
Because of the price risk in the United States, importers are reluctant to buy, and the Nola barge market has become less active in recent weeks.
India and Brazil continued to purchase DAP and MAP, but import demand slowed in December. India requires the DAP ship to arrive no later than November 1.
