China's melamine market

The domestic melamine market is going up while watching. The price in the northern region is still unclear, and most companies are holding a wait-and-see attitude. The price in the southern region has increased by 700 yuan/ton. Now the ex-factory prices in Southwest and Guangxi are 19700-20000 yuan/ton, and some ex-factory prices in Xinjiang are 19100 yuan/ton. Domestic demand continues to be weak, but exports are strong to support the domestic market, the supply of melamine companies is tight, and short-term prices remain high.

Since Saturday, the domestic urea market has stopped falling and rebounded. Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan and other regions have increased by more than 50 yuan/ton. Low-end prices in various regions have been raised today. Last week, due to restrictions on exports, the sentiment in the market was affected. Under the reality of weak domestic trade demand, the last cycle and spot prices declined to varying degrees. However, at that time, some upstream companies were already affected by the tight supply of raw materials, so some manufacturers maintained high positions.

Starting from the weekend, the cost problem has become more prominent. Coal stocks are tight and prices are rising. Some companies with low coal inventories are facing the impact of load reductions or even shutdowns at any time. If the raw materials are not followed up smoothly, the domestic urea supply will be restricted. Then, in the later period With the superimposed effects of gas restriction, environmental protection and dual control of energy consumption, Nissan is expected to enter a downward path. It is expected that the short-term market will run at a high level, and more attention will be paid to raw materials in the near future.
