Suppliers are targeting TSP at around $700/t fob, compared with a previous selling price of $670/t fob. Freight rates for a Handysize to Brazil are around $40/t. NCIC will hold a sales tender on February 21 for 15,000 tonnes of TSP to be loaded next month.

Local media reported that the country's cabinet has approved BADC to purchase 30,000 tons of Moroccan TSP for 1.82 billion taka, or about $707 per ton.
