Market fluctuations are intertwined

India's NFL has cancelled its bid to purchase 50000 tons of DAP. Cancelling the bidding on November 24th may result in a trading company selling Jordan DAP to the United States and shipping it next month. In Pakistan, an importer may purchase 15000 tons of Chinese DAP at a price of $620-623 per ton of CFR and load it next month. Ma'aden from Saudi Arabia sold 22000 tons of DAP to Vietnam at a price of approximately $630 per ton of CFR, which was shipped in December.

West of Suez, MAP activity in Brazil has slowed down again, with prices slightly dropping to $560-565 per ton/cfr. This week, US barge prices have risen, with offshore prices for DAP and MAP rising to $545-552 and $590-600 per ton, respectively.

It is expected that the market will continue to operate in a differentiated manner

Due to tight supply in China and other major manufacturers waiting until the end of the year, the demand side will have to pay higher prices to obtain the products. But some suppliers may soon need to lower prices to promote sales in weaker demand in Europe or Brazil. The constantly rising shipping costs are affecting offshore prices.
