DAP/MAP prices in Europe and Brazil are firm

MAP prices in Brazil keeps rise, as the new price of OCP in Morocco raised from $390/ton to $400-405/ton CFR. Germany and Ghent rose to US$430/ton FCA and US$415/ton FCA. Morocco OCP will raise the DAP price to US$400/ton FOB.
US continues to find sources, Egypt and Jordan are allocated more to the Gulf Coast of the US. However, barge prices have stagnated. On 16th Dec, DAP price was US$390/short-ton FOB Nora, while MAP was US$420-425/short-ton FOB.
Buyers from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are making inquiries for DAP, which was an important demand recently. However, due to insufficient supply and the high-priced sources, there were no transactions. China’s DAP rise to US$370/ton FOB.
The sources of Jan-Feb was snapped up,buyers are turning to shipments from Feb to Mar. According to reports, Jordanian and Egyptian products have been sold out throughout the first quarter.
